Last August 27, 2010 we the sophomores had a educational trip at Malaybalay/Maramag Bukidnon. We went to the different beautiful places and school in the province of Bukidnon. We went at Pope John Paul Seminary (Carmelites), BSU, CMU, San Isidro College, Kaamulan ground, RR and Waig Spring Resort, And Crystal Sugar Milling Company We traveled more than 3 hours in traveling to Malaybalay City.
We arrived at 7am at our first stop at the Carmelites Monastery.When we arrived at Carmelites we ate our breakfast, some of us had the picture taking of the beautiful heart shape fish pond and especially the beauty of the nature. After having our breakfast we went to their chapel and had our personal intention prayers. After praying we went to our 2nd stop at BSU,in the high school building. When we are already touring around we've meet new faces and new friends. We are also oriented about the ubunto with Mr. Uton,they welcome us warmly. We departed BSU at 8am in the morning. Then we went to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, when we entered the building silently, the big fat man welcomed us he was Atty. Elieso Libed , he told us about their job. He let us tour arround their library; where the important files are being kept.
Our next destination was at the Kaamulan Ground. We discovered the beautiful views and different kinds of houses around the place. Although, we lived the place too early but we've really enjoyed a lot. After the long and tiring travel, we traveled another 2 hours going to the Valencia. When going to San Isidro college; we've enjoyed ourselves inside the van by taking pictures and eating any kinds of food in order us not to fall asleep.
After 2 hours of traveling we arrived at the RR Spring Resort, where you can see the view of the Pulangi River which supplies the Electricity of the whole province of Bukidnon. Speaking of the pools of RR spring resort, its really different compared from the resorts here in Camp Phillips, the slides are really attractive because of the different animal design. The RR resort is very nice and we are really excited to swim.
After looking the beautiful views of the RR Resort, we went next at Waig the most awaited place of the trip. At the waig Resort we've done a lot of swimming and picture taking. were allowed to swim but only for one hour. We were really very happy and we all enjoy a lot. We've rode the Cable cars and we've crossed the Hanging Bridge. We really wanted to go back again. After the enjoyable swimming at Waig,we went next at the crystal Sugar Milling Company.When we arrived at the factory we've waited for almost one hour to enter the factory we are being divided into three groups to enter the place. Before we entered the factory we are being oriented about the history of their company, and how is the sugar being made. They illustrated us the sequence of the sugar milling. After touring the whole area. We are supposed to went the Transfiguration Chapel but the time is being shorten. They did not really used the time well that's why we did not went at the Transfiguration Chapel because its already closed. We've just tour around the CMU building to look for their facilities and school buildings.
We've gone all the places we've supposed to go. We really had fun, even though its tiring and sometimes boring but I've learned a lot and the objectives of the tour are being met. After the long way of traveling, We've go home full of experiences and joyfulness through the educational trip, it is one of my memorable events in my life!!
